isopropanol

I just went to mix a batch of RAY and found that the new Isopropanol we got in is 77% whereas we had been using 99.5%. Anyone know if the difference matters?

Just in case anyone else wants to know, I finally got an answer to this question. John Olenik says that because of the increased water content the latent will not be as bright. He also says that if good isopropanol is not available denatured ethanol may be used.
