The Detail began circulation on August 6, 2001.  To read past issues, visit the Detail Archives.

The purpose of the Detail is to provide Latent Print Examiners with another avenue to receive and relay current information regarding our field.  If you would like to author an article for the Detail, contact the webmaster.  If you have information regarding events which may be of interest to our members, please feel free to share it.  This newsletter is "for Latent Print Examiners, by Latent Print Examiners."

The easiest way to join the list is to send a blank e-mail (from the e-mail account at which you wish to receive the Detail) to "theweeklydetail-subscribe@topica.email-publisher.com" (without the quotes).  Topica will send a verification e-mail right back (within a few seconds, when I did it), to which you simply reply to finish the process!  To unsubscribe, send a blank e-mail to... you guessed it... "theweeklydetail-unsubscribe@topica.email-publisher.com"  To switch e-mail addresses, subscribe from your new account, wait until the next Monday to make sure it goes through, and then unsubscribe from your old account.
