Introduction

In 2004, Complete Consultants Worldwide (CCW) was formed with a vision to bring examination services from non-centralized but incorporated experts in their home-offices to government clients who need superior skills to accurately and efficiently contribute to national security.  Today, CCW provides the services of qualified, educated, and experienced scientific research and Subject Matter Expertise to government centers of excellence.  We know the current national and international standards, methodologies and philosophies and contribute to biometric and forensic Working Groups, directives and policy.  We have demonstrated our project management, examination services and technical support for our government customers by generating ideas to solve operational problems, creating and documenting new requirements, conducting forensic and biometric training, assessment, testing, and evaluation, and performing accurate and efficient remote examination services.  We have the skills to be successful: project managers, Certified Latent Print Examiners (CLPE’s), Certified Forensic Photographers, Certified Crime Scene Analysts, Certified Law Enforcement Trainers, Technical Requirements Developers, and Automated Fingerprint Identification System operators.  In addition, we have experience working with different biometric products and performing a variety of image examination services, and we stand willing and ready to assist government agencies with the furtherance of their missions in fighting domestic or global Terrorism.

Mission: BETTERMENT

The CCW mission is to utilize the knowledge and skills of highly-specialized, highly motivated individuals for work on projects that better the forensic discipline and contribute to a safer society.

Goal: NATIONAL SECURITY

The goal of CCW is to recruit the most highly proficient and capable individuals in the discipline to quickly and efficiently complete difficult national security tasks in a timely manner.  While most of our business remains with key customers for on-site forensic analysis and intelligence exploitation, our approach is moving toward web-centric models for some endeavors.

Means: SUPERIOR PROFICIENCY

CCW recognizes that our Mission and Goal demands the very best employees.  When it comes to National Security, we choose employees that are a cut above the rest.  CCW employees assisting with complex decision making on difficult latent print examinations are IAI Certified Latent Print Examiners.

Outlook: HOLISTIC

The tri-faceted nature of government work provides a unique opportunity for CCW to excel in many areas.  With knowledge in biometrics, forensics and intelligence, CCW provides expert services in support of forensic related laboratory design, implementation, physical and chemical forensic processing, image comparison and training.  Additionally, this specific forensic related knowledge provides insight into the intelligence adjudication of fingerprint-related match results.  By using consultants familiar in all aspects of government work, CCW supports U.S. defense, homeland security, law enforcement and training efforts.
