examiners.
we take a look at a Power
Point presentation from Amanda Atkins, a CLPE at the U.S. Army Crime
Laboratory in Georgia. After examining were shown suitable latent
prints processed on multiple dark substrates with different techniques,
examiners ranked Acid Yellow as developing the "Best" clarity and contrast.
